Step 1: Contact the Seller
Introduce yourself and explain the services available. Make sure to click “Contacted seller” in your dashboard under “Claimed Listings”.
Step 2: Gather Required Information
Collect any paperwork, property details, photos, and listing information needed to begin the process. Please click “Documentation received” in your dashboard under “Claimed Listings”.
Step 3: Explain the Next Steps
Review timelines, expectations, and the services included with the seller's package.
Step 4: Activate the Listing
For Flat Fee MLS listings, properties should be entered into the MLS within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Please enter the MLS number in your dashboard under “Claimed Listings”.
Step 5: Provide Ongoing Support
Assist with listing updates and answer questions throughout the listing term.
