When you complete a Flat Fee MLS listing for an FSBO.com seller, you will receive a $150 payment from FSBO.com for successfully providing the MLS listing service.
To qualify for payment, agents are expected to:
Contact the seller promptly.
Enter the listing into the MLS within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.
Provide professional customer service throughout the listing term.
Meet the service standards outlined in the Partner Agent Program.
Payments are issued monthly via ACH on a 1099 basis after the listing has been activated in the MLS and any required verification has been completed.
