Accessing Your Messages
To view your messages:
Sign in to your FSBO.com account.
Select Messages from your account dashboard or navigation menu.
Choose a conversation to view the complete message history.
Your inbox displays the most recent conversations first, making it easy to stay on top of new inquiries.
Sending a Message
Depending on your account type and permissions, you can send messages from several areas of the platform, including:
Property listings
Client profiles
Agent profiles
Loan officer profiles
Existing conversations in your inbox
Simply enter your message and select Send. Your recipient will receive the message within their FSBO.com account and may also receive an SMS or email notification, depending on their notification settings.
Receiving Messages
When another user contacts you:
The conversation appears in your Messages inbox.
You may receive an SMS or email notification letting you know you have a new message.
Reply directly from your inbox to continue the conversation.
