Your property description helps attract buyers and should be kept current.

Steps:

  1. Go to Dashboard

  2. Select your listing

  3. Click Edit

  4. Open the Details section

  5. Update your property description, headline and any other details

  6. Click Save

Tip:

Include key highlights like upgrades, neighborhood features, and recent improvements.

If your property is listed in the MLS, any changes to your listing—including price updates, photo changes, open houses, or listing details—should be sent to your listing broker. Your broker can update the MLS listing and distribute those changes to participating real estate websites.
