After you sign up, a licensed broker will email you the required MLS forms. Once completed along with photo submission, your home will be posted in the MLS within 24 business hours. The listing will then populate to the public sites (ex. Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, etc.) shortly after that.
