The program operates under a non-exclusive listing agreement, allowing sellers to continue marketing their home independently while receiving professional support from their MLS Pro Agent.
There is no upfront fee charged by FSBO.com to the seller. Price is based on level of service needed. The seller and agent will work together to come up with a package price.
