As the listing approaches its expiration date, you may discuss available renewal options with the seller. FSBO.com charges $249.95 for the seller to renew for another 6 month term. The listing agent will receive another $150 upon successful extension/renewal.
If the seller chooses to renew, the listing should be processed according to your MLS rules and FSBO.com program guidelines.
If the seller does not renew, the listing should expire or be withdrawn in accordance with MLS policies.
