If you procure the buyer, you will provide the level of service outlined in your agreement with the seller through closing.
This may include:
Negotiating offers
Coordinating inspections
Managing contract timelines
Working with the title company, attorney, or escrow company
Assisting through closing
Your compensation will be based on the terms agreed upon with the seller.
