As a Flat Fee MLS Partner Agent, you are responsible for providing the MLS listing service purchased by the seller.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Contacting referred sellers promptly.
Explaining the Flat Fee MLS process and answering questions.
Collecting the required listing agreement, disclosures, photos, and property information.
Entering the property into the MLS within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.
Processing requested listing updates within 24 hours.
Providing professional customer service throughout the listing term.
Maintaining MLS compliance and accuracy.
While you may build relationships and offer additional services when appropriate, sellers should never feel pressured to upgrade or purchase services they do not need.
