The agent subscription is $299 every 28 days and operates month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings > Billing, then following the cancellation prompts. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If you also maintain an active FSBO Loan Officer subscription, both subscriptions receive a 20% discount while both remain active.
In addition to access to FSBO seller opportunities and platform tools, agents earn $150 per completed Flat Fee MLS listing they service. Flat Fee Listings are automatically assigned by location.
