Billing and Account Management

Overview

This article explains how Loan Officers can manage their FSBO.com subscription, update account information, review billing details, and maintain an active account.

Your FSBO.com account provides access to seller connections, listing collaboration tools, buyer activity notifications, lead management features, and other benefits available through the Loan Officer Program.


Managing Your Account

Accessing Account Settings

To manage your account:

  1. Log in to your FSBO.com account.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown under your name in the upper left or click on your name in the lower right corner to bring up Settings.

  3. Navigate to Settings.

From here, you can manage your profile, subscription, billing information, and Activity Log

Subscription Management

General

Your general account information can be found here.

Information available may include:

  • Profile Photo

  • Name and Email Address

  • Phone number

  • What do you do on FSBO-Role

  • Change Password

Billing

Your subscription details can be found in the Billing section

Information available may include:

  • Subscription status

  • Billing cycle

  • Renewal date

  • Payment history

  • Account standing

Renewals

Loan Officer subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Automatic renewal helps ensure uninterrupted access to:

  • My Sellers dashboard

  • Listing management tools

  • Buyer activity notifications

  • Lead management features

  • Seller communication tools

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • Your account may be placed into a past-due status.

  • Access to certain features may be restricted.

  • You may receive email notifications requesting updated payment information.

Updating your payment method promptly can help avoid service interruptions.

Payment Methods

Updating Payment Information

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open Account Settings.

  3. Navigate to Billing.

  4. Select Manage Subscription

  5. Update your billing information and save your changes.

For security purposes, payment information is processed through secure payment providers.

Billing Receipts

Receipts for successful payments may be available within your account and may also be delivered to your registered email address.

  1. Navigate to Manage Subscription

  2. Scroll down to Invoice History

  3. Select Invoice

  4. Download Invoice/Download Receipt

We recommend retaining copies for your records.


Account Status

Active

Your subscription is current and all available features remain accessible.

Pending Verification

Your registration or NMLS verification is still being reviewed.

Certain features may remain unavailable until verification is completed.

Past Due

A payment issue has occurred and action may be required to restore full access.

Suspended

Accounts that remain unpaid or fail to meet program requirements may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Canceling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Open Account Settings.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

Cancellation requests must be completed before the next billing date to prevent future charges.

What Happens After Cancellation?

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

  • Access to Loan Officer Program features may end when the subscription expires.

  • Seller management and lead generation tools may become unavailable.

  • Your connected clients will lose their discounts and perks they received from your connection.

  • Connected clients will be disconnected from your account and be available for other LOs to connect with.

Account Security

To protect your account:

  • Use a strong password.

  • Keep your login credentials private.

  • Update your password periodically.

  • Verify your contact information remains current.

  • Review account activity regularly.
